Now I love #7

My long weekend finally came to an end and tommorow I’m goin back at work. Hmm….Jakarta-Bandung-Jakarta

*sigh*

Five and a half more days to Christmas holiday.

Must. Finish. Everything. Before. The Festivity.

A quick recap.
The Friday-Sunday weekend passed so quickly

My brain is too lazy to write more crap so I guess some truth is kinda nice for a change.

So.
Here goes.

………

7 Facts About Me
1. I don’t snore but I sometimes talk in Japanese and Northern English accent in my sleep. Seriously. My sleepmates will testify on that.

2. Recently, I’ve become publicly known as a hella good laugh-maker.

3. I don’t do romantic stuff. This includes roses and candle-lit dinner at a restaurant. Give me a huge reload voucher or a surprise weekend getaway and/or a ride to the countryside and I’ll please you like you’ve never been pleased before. Yeah. Something like that.

4. I’ve never been 100% faithful to anyone I officially went out with (what are the chances that of all my exes would get to read this confession?), but I curse those who practice polygamy. Don’t fuckin get married on the first place if you still wanna fuck around. Helping others? Right. Say that to my big fat arse!

5. I spend most of my salary on travelling and books, and sometimes things I don’t really need that I find out somewhere. Like gadget. Concert tickets are decorating my cc bills as well.

6. Lazy-go-lucky-boy. hmm am not lazy anyway.

7. When people around me are panicking over something, like getting lost in a strange city, I usually take the cool-headed role. My attitude is often misunderstood as being apathetic. That might as well be the case but I just don’t see the point of getting all worked up over a crisis while you can still grab the opportunity to think about rational options and solutions. I sometimes wish I could throw a bucket of ice to those panicky people.

7 ‘Thank You’ Notes
1. My superego, for sticking to the brain-numbing routines of the working life. I wouldn’t be here without you, man.

2. My id, for balancing my superego’s resolute determination with some wicked, libidinal fun.:-)

3. My parents, for letting me stay here instead of kidnapping me to marry some poor person back in you-know-where.

4. My siblings, for giving me the true meaning (and the ultimate power) of being a lucky and loved first born.

5. To a few people I know I can count on (’I’m a poor lonesome cowboy, and a long way from home…‘)

6. To all the women (and men) I’ve said ‘I Love You‘ to. Thanks for listening. I had a good laugh.

7. That interviewer at that embassy 3 days ago. You made my day.

Beep beep. Beep beep. Yeah!

You told me…..

I have told you about the bad news.

You told me that it’s okay.

You asked me not to worry.

You suggested another time.
A better plan.

You told me about the weather.

You told me about your recent coffee addiction.

You cheered me up when I whined about work.

You told me about life.

You made me laugh.

I laughed.
Half-heartedly.

I’ve tried to keep my real feelings hidden from you.

I haven’t told you that I’m sad.

By the time I see you, the snow would probably have melt. My disappointment probably would have too. But now it’s hard to dismiss it. It’s impossible to ignore it.

I haven’t told you that I’ve missed you.

You lightly mentioned about an alternative.
The usual.

I said, No!

Don’t.

Sshh.

Stay.

Let me.

Be patient?

Yes.

Wonderful.

Soon.

Near.

Hardly.

Cwapeee Dweeehhh

Work’s been nasty to this week.
It’s so cruel that I feel sorry it’s over.
There goes another love-hate relationship up in the open, swooped by the wind and thrown out the window.

Crazy winds aside, I think it’s been a not-so normal rainy.

Very suspicious, I’m telling ya.

My mind already shifted gear to get into its wet depressive mood but I often spend the day feeling cheerful and wearing too warm clothes.

Odd.

Anyway, it’s Friday.
Weekend is coming.
Hurrah.

Nothing biggie is planned but I reckon I’m gonna have a look at the local’s awareness programme for the World AIDS Day.

Let’s be good.

Why don’t you all try going to your local chemist and find out whether they’re giving away free condoms today (and/or for the weekend)?

Buzz me if they are.
